Destination Sedona

Greetings,

About a year ago, we were transferred to Sedona, Arizona to pastor the Sedona Seventh-day Adventist Church. We were updating one of the websites, and noticed some unanswered emails.

I reached out to several who were waiting for replys!

While replying to emails and messages, I found out that this particular family was looking for a church and community to get involved with, where their skills could be utilized for a higher purpose.

After starting many programs to reach Sedona and the Verde Valley for Jesus, we soon learned that it would be easier if we had some younger support and leadership.

As it turns out, this young family has talents and skills in many of the needed areas that we could use help in!

They are needed to start up various youth and young adult ministries that fit nicely with the outdoors, where one can be near God in nature.

Even though a year has flown by, they were still willing to serve God in a new place. After months of discussion with each other about the plans for the Sedona Seventh-day Adventist community, we were certain God has called them to help us reach our goals for the Church. Exactly what we needed! So they decided to take that as their mission and be missionaries in Sedona.

We also have talked about Marseille starting a deaf ministry, because she is deaf and is familiar with ASL (American Sign Language).

I am starting this fund to help pay for their legal immigration fees and services needed to bring them here sooner rather than later.

Please meet Lucas and Marseille Magalhaes and their 3 year old daughter.

All donations will go directly to pay for their US Immagration fees.

Blessings,

Rhonda Morgan
